» This package includes incorporation plus bylaws, initial minutes, organizational consent, and, if desired, an S-Corp application.

» This package includes everything needed to incorporate and apply for 501(c) nonprofit status.

Small Business Start-Up Package
» This package includes a company formation (partnership, sole proprietorship, corporation, or limited liability company) with relevant operating agreement, services agreements, trademark registration, federal tax ID, and, if necessary, DBA or trade name applications.
